Three Years in a Row

We have just completed our third consecutive week of summer youth camps here at Camp Forest Springs.  It is such a privilege to be involved in what the Lord is doing through the counselors and staff.  Children are coming to know the Lord every day.  Just two nights ago, during one of our evening game times, a staff member struck up a conversation with a camper and shared the Gospel.  The boy accepted Christ right then!

Since this is our third summer doing media, I have been able to develop some friendships with kids that have returned each year.  One of these is a young boy named Jesse.  Two summers ago, he learned that we shared the same name and each year we have taken a picture together.  I have the one from this year and I am going to try to locate the photos from the years in the past as well.

Junior High camp and SuperHIGH are the two remaining youth camps for this summer.  I need to create four more videos in the next two weeks.  Two of them are the highlight DVD’s for the campers, one is a development piece, and the last one is a recap for the counselors.  Busy!
